first post after a long break, wondering what to post, wondering whether it’s good for you scrolling through to see only the happiest moments of a my life handpicked and curated into a colour-corrected highlight reel, or whether it would be good to show the full range of emotion every life comes with, whether pointing a camera at yourself in a sad moment is less meaningful and authentic than doing so in a happy moment. i really don’t know if I feel inspired by only seeing you at your best or if I feel bad about myself not measuring up to you. They keep saying how detrimental social media is to our mental health. I don’t think I’m inspired by your perfection anymore.
